Anglo-American have formed a working group comprising Anglo leadership, Isaac Regional Council representatives and the Unions to help manage the workforce situation at Grosvenor Mine

Anglo is calling the group's formation an industry first, focusing solely on the welfare of the hundreds of miners who will be out of work by September.
