Miners ordered to pay a record $3.2m in damages
Multiple mining companies found liable for the terminal lung disease of a former coal miner
Craig Keogh, 52, has successfully sued CPB Contractors, Campbell Mining Services, Downer EDI Mining Pty Ltd, and Downer Regional for the harm caused during his employment at the Poitrel, Moorvale and Blackwater mines in Queensland and the Boggabri mine in New South Wales.
The Dust Diseases Tribunal found all four companies
