Anglo rescue teams win again

Tight competition in the Bowen Basin’s premier mines rescue event

Anglo-American Grosvenor and Aquila mine rescue teams came first and third in the Queensland Mines Rescue Service (QMRS) Memorial Cup in the Bowen Basin last week.

Winning second place was the team from the Kestrel Mine, who also picked up the George Carbine Perpetual trophy for best first aid and the Ramsay Wells QMRS Fire Fighting Excellence award.
